THINKLE USER CODE OF CONDUCT
Last updated: [15th January 2024]
Welcome to Thinkle, an AI-powered career discovery and coaching platform designed to help individuals explore career paths, professional opportunities, develop skills, and connect with qualified career coaches. We strive to foster a respectful, positive, and secure environment. This User Code of Conduct (the “Code”) outlines the standards and behaviors we expect from all users of our Services, including clients, coaches, and organizational partners (e.g., universities, colleges and corporates).
By accessing or using Thinkle, you agree to comply with this Code. If you violate any part of this Code, we may take appropriate actions, including suspension or termination of your Thinkle account, at our sole discretion.
1. Legal & Ethical Compliance
1.1 Follow All Applicable Laws: You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while using Thinkle. This includes, but is not limited to, laws concerning data privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam, and taxation.
1.2 Respect Academic Honesty: If you are a student or affiliated with an educational institution, you may not use Thinkle to violate academic integrity policies. This includes requesting or providing direct assistance with exams, quizzes, take-home assignments, or other work meant to be completed independently.
1.3 Accurate Information: Provide truthful and up-to-date information about yourself, including your identity, career background, or institutional affiliation. If your personal or payment information changes, update it promptly.
2. Coaching Relationships & Interactions
2.1 No Off-Platform Transactions: You may not solicit or accept payments for coaching services outside of Thinkle’s official payment channels. This includes bypassing Thinkle’s platform fees or instructing others to pay you directly. Such actions undermine our platform’s integrity.

- Clients: Use Thinkle to receive legitimate career guidance, skill-building, or professional advice. Refrain from pressuring coaches to perform tasks on your behalf (e.g., writing reports, completing applications) in a manner that violates academic or workplace policies.
- Coaches: Provide guidance, mentorship, or instruction within the scope of your expertise and qualifications. Do not complete any user’s tests, assignments, or professional tasks meant to be done by the client themselves.
2.3 Institutional Usage: If a university, college, or corporate entity adopts Thinkle for their students or employees, users associated with that institution must adhere to both this Code and relevant institutional policies. Coaches and administrators shall follow all local regulations and the rules set by the institution.
3. Content & Communication
3.1 Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, transmit, or share content (including messages, posts, or uploaded files) that:
