Thinkle, a mobile application and website provided by M/s. Thinkle Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Thinkle,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) utilises cutting-edge artificial intelligence (“AI”) technology and natural language processing to enhance your learning and tutoring experience. These AI Additional Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) govern your use of the AI-Powered Features and Services (as defined below) provided by Thinkle and supplement our Terms of Service (“Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference.

By using the AI-Powered Features and Services of Thinkle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these AI Terms.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable AI-Powered Features and Services, you acknowledge and understand that AI technology may not be error-free. The accuracy and reliability of the AI-Powered Features and Services may vary based on factors such as data input, user interactions, and system limitations. Further, the insights and recommendations generated by Thinkle's AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, counseling, or guidance. Users are encouraged to exercise discretion and consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI-generated outputs. Therefore, Thinkle does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated content or recommendations. Thinkle hereby disclaims any liability for the input provided by users and the output generated by the AI-Powered Features and Services.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the AI-Powered Features and Services of Thinkle, you agree to:

All intellectual property rights in the AI-Powered Features and Services provided by Thinkle, including, but not limited to, algorithms, models, and datasets, are owned by or licensed to Thinkle. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content, technology, or materials that are part of the AI-Powered Features and Services without explicit prior written consent from Thinkle.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Thinkle is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will use the data we collect from your use of the AI-Powered Features and Services to provide you with AI-generated output or recommendations. Such collected data may include professional career journey, preferences, and related metadata (e.g., educational background, your professional experiences, stage of career, psychometric insights). 7. Modification of AI Terms

Thinkle reserves the right to amend or modify these AI Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Thinkle website and, when material in our reasonable opinion, by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account.

We encourage you to check this page regularly. If you do not agree with the amendments to these AI Terms, you have the right to terminate these AI Terms by discontinuing your use of Thinkle AI-Powered Features and Services or deleting your user account. Your continued use of the AI-Powered Features and Services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified AI Terms.
